Hi, I’m Dina, the founder and creator of Calm Little Minds. With over 15 years of experience as a psychologist and educator, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting children's mental health and emotional well-being. I specialize in creating practical mental health resources for kids, focusing on building resilience, confidence, and emotional growth. My mission is to provide parents, teachers, and children with the tools they need to thrive in today’s world. Calm Little Minds was born from my passion for helping young minds navigate their emotions and create a safe space for growth. I’m excited to share these resources with you, your little ones and teens!
